• Account information: name, email, phone number, optional company name, and buyer type.
• Activity: bids, saved listings, vehicle listings, transactions, and messages.
• Payment information: processed by Stripe — we never store your full card number.
• Photos you upload to list a vehicle.
• Location, only when you explicitly use the location feature.
• Device and technical data: browser/device type, app version, and IP address.

How we use it

• Operating the marketplace — matching buyers and yards, processing bids and orders.
• Processing payments through Stripe and managing payouts to yards.
• Fraud prevention, content moderation, and dispute resolution.
• Providing support and responding to your requests.
• Improving the product based on aggregate usage patterns.
• Meeting legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share the minimum information required with Stripe (payments), the yard you purchase from (pickup coordination), email/notification providers, and infrastructure/hosting providers.

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or delete your account at any time from within the app or by emailing [email protected].
